Description
In this issue of Miss Sequential, Marissa Falco travels to San Francisco for the San Francisco Zine Fest. Her trip involves meeting a long-distance zine-friend for the first time, and going on a lot of mysterious adventures with her. Marissa visits Alcatraz, eats tons of good food, and gets a new zine done before tabling at the zine fest.
This is a fun zine, in which reading about someone else’s vacation never gets boring. There’s an in depth appreciation for air-travel, which is something I can’t say I enjoy, but Marissa makes a great argument for why one should embrace and make the most of being trapped in an airport.
Magical moments include the power of trading zines at 30,000 feet, as well as a special appearance by everyone’s favorite zinester, Clutch (aka Greg Means)!
