Description
Jellyfish can’t find any friends because it’s always stinging people. Pufferfish is over-demanding and hyper-sensitive to criticism. Social anxieties like these and many others fill the pages of Under The Sea by Leslie Perrine.
Despite the fact that this comic is full of conflict, nearly all the fish in Under The Sea are well-meaning and good-natured. They try to help each other with everything from fending off predators, to treating their friends to Pad Thai. While this charming comic is safe for kids, it’s primary audience seems to be those of us who -from time to time- get run down by modern living.
