The Baylies features 22 one-page comics by cartoonists of color and queer cartoonists in the Bay Area. This anthology is an extension of digital efforts by editor, Lawrence Lindell to highlight local cartoonists.

The comics range from humorous gag comics to heartfelt personal narratives, and everything in between. Interviews with CCA MFA in Comics Chair, Matt Silady and SF Zine Fest Executive Director Anand Vedawala tell more in depth stories of a few of the interesting institutions in the Bay Area. Each page shows off the talent of another artist with comics that are colorful and fun to read!
