Natalie Dupille spent February 2018 traveling around Thailand, and drew the travelogue, Fried Bananas, along the way! Joining Natalie for different legs of the journey were her two partners, Eli and Allie. Natalie fills the pages of Fried Bananas with the food, animals, art, and cities she experienced on her travels.

Through friendly drawings and vibrant watercolors, Natalie shows the enjoyable, difficult, and problematic aspects of being a western tourist, and navigating her queerness in unfamiliar settings.
