“Becoming Political” is a zine that explores the possibilities of political engagement within community while honoring the complexities of existing as an Asian-American in America. What are ways we can have genuine impact and subvert the model minority myth at the same time? This mix of comics, worksheets, and text was created by Christina Tran in collaboration with the field team of APANO (Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon).
