Issy Manley makes comics (and sometimes gifs!), usually in ink and watercolor. Issy has an MFA from The Center for Cartoon Studies, and her comics have been published by Popula, The Lily, The Seventh Wave, Spiralbound and Narratively. Issy is also an educator and service industry worker.
